About me
I am DESPOINA DEMERTZIDOU, a graduate Civil Engineer (T.E.), active in the field of technical projects, studies, and comprehensive renovation services. With professionalism, consistency, and personal care, I undertake every project from initial design to completion, offering solutions that combine functionality, safety, and aesthetics.
My specialization in interior design allows for the creation of spaces that are not only technically sound but also perfectly adapted to the needs and style of each client.
At the same time, I provide Real Estate services, enabling my clients to have a single partner for all their property needs — from technical assessment and studies to promotion, sale, or rental.
My goal is for every client to feel secure and confident, knowing they have a professional by their side who treats every project as a personal challenge and attends to every last detail.
