The “Save at Home” Program is a co-financed program that provides
incentives to citizens to improve the energy efficiency of their homes, saving money and energy. Thus, through energy upgrading, you multiply
the value of your property.
Steps for participation in the Program
- Loan pre-approval (bank branch) – first Energy Audit.
- Submission of application and supporting documents.
- Approval of applicant’s request – signing of loan agreement – disbursement of advance payment.
- Implementation of Interventions – second Energy Audit.
- Submission of supporting documents – disbursement of remaining loan and subsidy.
