Every construction project, from a simple repair to the erection of specialized buildings, requires the correct and legal process of issuing a Building Permit. This ensures the legality of the intervention, the safety of the project, and the application of all modern technical and energy specifications.

According to the New Building Regulation (NOK), permits are divided into three main categories:

1. Building Permit for all types of buildings: residences, commercial spaces, shops, specialized buildings, etc.
2. Approval for Small-Scale Works for minor constructions, repairs, and targeted interventions.
3. Works under Article 4, par. 3 of Law 4067/12 , the so-called 48-hour notification for works that can be carried out without a permit.
